1. About the preview

UpdateTinus is a pre-launch product for release notes, changelogs, in-app widgets with emoji reactions, feedback boards and roadmaps. This website describes the planned product and includes interactive demos. There are no user accounts, no paid plans and no billing during early access.

2. Provided "as is"

The website, demos and any early-access materials are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Features shown may change, be delayed or never ship. Nothing on this site is a commitment to deliver a specific feature, date or price.

3. Acceptable use

Please use the site in good faith. You agree not to:

• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site;
• use the site to send spam or unlawful content through our email forms;
• copy or republish our design, text or branding as your own.

Good-faith security research reported under our security page is welcome.

4. Your feedback

If you email us ideas or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve UpdateTinus without obligation to you. We will not publish your name or message without asking first.

5. Data stored in your browser

Theme preference, emoji reactions and form entries are saved only in your browser's localStorage. You are responsible for your own device and may clear this data at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Third-party resources

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from a Tailwind CSS content delivery network. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of those services.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or preview. Because the preview is free and experimental, our total liability is limited to the extent the law allows.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.

9. Operator and contact

UpdateTinus is in pre-launch. The legal name, registered address and other details of the operating entity have not been finalised and will be published on this page before launch.
