System status

There is no live status to show yet, and we would rather say so plainly than display a green dashboard for a service that does not exist. UpdateTinus is in pre-launch: no production service, API or in-app widget is running for customers today, so there is nothing to monitor or report on.

What is running right now

Only this static marketing website is online. It serves pages, demos and forms that open your email app. If a page fails to load, the cause is most likely your connection, a browser extension, or a temporary problem with a third-party resource such as Google Fonts or the Tailwind CSS content delivery network. If something looks broken, tell us at [email protected].

What the status page will show at launch

When the hosted service goes live, this page will become a real status page. We plan for it to show:

• Component health for each part of the product, such as the dashboard, public changelog pages, the embeddable widget, emoji reactions, feedback boards, roadmaps and the API;
• Active incidents with a plain-language summary, the components affected and regular updates until resolved;
• Scheduled maintenance announced in advance, with expected impact;
• Incident history with short write-ups explaining what happened and what we changed;
• Measured availability calculated from real monitoring data, only once we have it.

Our commitments for status reporting

We want status communication to match the joyful, honest spirit of the product itself. That means:

1. posting about incidents promptly, even when the cause is not yet known;
2. using clear language rather than vague terms like "degraded" without explanation;
3. never publishing uptime figures that are not backed by real measurements;
4. following up significant incidents with what we learned.

We are not offering any uptime guarantee or service-level agreement during early access. Any future commitments will be published with the final terms of service.
