How this pre-launch website handles the small amount of information involved in visiting it.

Who we are
UpdateTinus is a pre-launch product for release notes, changelogs, in-app widgets, feedback boards and roadmaps. There are no user accounts and no billing during early access. The operating entity's legal details will be published before launch.
What this website stores
This is a static website. It does not have a database of visitors, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers. The site stores a few items only in your own browser's localStorage, on your device:
- Theme preference, such as light or dark mode;
- Emoji reactions you add to demo content, so they persist when you return;
- Early-access or newsletter email you typed into a form, so the field can remember your entry.
This data stays in your browser. We cannot see or access it. You can delete it at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings.
Forms and email
Our forms do not submit data to a server. They open your own email app with a pre-filled message. If you choose to send it, we receive your email address and whatever you wrote. We use that only to reply, to manage early-access invitations and, if you asked for it, to send product updates. You can ask us to stop or delete your messages at any time.
Third parties
To display the site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and Tailwind CSS scripts from a content delivery network. Those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details as part of normal web requests, under their own privacy policies. We do not share email correspondence with third parties for marketing.
Retention
We keep emails only as long as needed to respond and to run early access. When the product launches, we will update this policy to describe any account data the service will process.
Your choices and rights
- Clear localStorage to remove everything this site saved on your device.
- Ask us what emails we hold from you, or ask us to delete them.
- Unsubscribe from updates by replying to any update email.
