Contact

UpdateTinus is a pre-launch product for joyful release notes, changelogs, in-app widgets with emoji reactions, feedback boards and roadmaps. We do not have a support desk, live chat or phone line yet. Email is the best and only way to reach us during early access.

Where to write

• General questions, early access and feedback: [email protected]
• Privacy questions or requests about your data: [email protected]
• Security vulnerabilities and responsible disclosure: [email protected]

What to email us about

We would love to hear from you if you:

• want to join early access and tell us how your team ships release notes today;
• have ideas for the changelog, widget, feedback board or roadmap features;
• spotted a broken link, typo or accessibility problem on this website;
• are interested in writing, partnering or speaking with us about product communication;
• have a question about how this site handles your information.

The early-access and newsletter forms on this site open your own email app with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent until you press send in your email client, so if a form did not seem to work, please check that a draft was created, or simply write to us directly.

What to include

Helpful messages are short and specific. Tell us who you are, what you are trying to do and, for website issues, which page and browser you were using. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information by email; we will never ask for them.

Response expectations

We are a small team and we read every message, but we cannot promise a specific response time. We aim to reply to most emails within a few working days. Messages about security issues are prioritised. During busy periods, such as launch announcements, replies may take longer. We do not offer any service-level agreement during the preview because there is no production service yet.

If you do not hear back within a reasonable time, feel free to send a gentle follow-up. Emails occasionally land in spam folders on either side.
