About UpdateTinus

Why we are building a happier way for software teams to share what they ship.

Last updated

Most product updates are written with care and then quietly ignored. A team spends weeks on an improvement, writes a note about it, and the note sits on a page few customers ever visit. Meanwhile, those same customers wonder whether anyone is listening to their requests. We think that gap is worth closing.

Our mission

UpdateTinus exists to make shipping feel shared. We want every release note to be easy to write, pleasant to read and impossible to miss, and we want customers to have a simple way to react, ask for more and see their ideas move from suggestion to shipped. A changelog should be a conversation, not a filing cabinet.

What we value

Joy over noise

Announcements should feel like good news. We favor small, friendly touches such as a glowing beacon or an emoji reaction over pop-ups that interrupt people's work.

Honesty by default

We are a pre-launch product, and we say so. We label preview features clearly, call our roadmap a plan rather than a promise, and show planned prices without pretending anything is billed today. We would rather under-promise than surprise you.

Respect for attention and privacy

Your customers' attention is precious, and so is their data. We aim to collect only what is needed, keep things understandable and make deletion straightforward.

Small tools, done well

We want UpdateTinus to slot into the way teams already work, embedded with a single script tag and connected to the tools you already use, rather than demanding a new process.

Where we are today

UpdateTinus is in early access. We are a small team building carefully and learning from a handful of early users. There is no public sign-up yet and no billing. If you would like to help shape what comes next, the early-access page explains how to join.

Say hello

We would love to hear how your team shares updates today and what frustrates you about it. Reach us at [email protected]. For privacy questions, write to [email protected], and for security reports, [email protected].

Thanks for reading, and for caring about the people who use what you build.
