The brother of Adelaide Crows captain Jordan Dawson has been missing for almost 24 hours, with the man’s wife issuing a desperate plea for help finding him amid fears for his safety.

Jaryd Dawson, 35, was last seen around 2.30pm on Tuesday in south-east South Australia.

He is yet to contact his family.

Dawson’s wife Jessica issued a desperate plea on Instagram and Facebook on Wednesday morning, asking anyone with information to reach out.

Jordan Dawson’s wife Milly also shared the post.

Jaryd and Jessica were married in late 2024 before welcoming their first child together, Hudson Ronald, in September.

The father-of-one is also the co-founder of Domus Design & Build, a building company based in Robe, more than 300km south of Adelaide.

In a statement sent to the Daily Mail, SA Police confirmed they and emergency services are currently searching for a 35-year-old man in Robe.

It has also been reported that Dawson’s car and phone have been located.

Crows coach Matthew Nicks was asked by a scrum of journalists about the developing situation in his weekly press conference on Wednesday.

‘(Jordan) Dawson won’t train for personal reasons,’ Nicks told reporters.
