Rumours that alleged triple killer Julian Ingram has made it to Sydney have been knocked down by police as the hunt to find him continues.
Ingram, 37, is wanted after three people, including his pregnant ex-partner, were shot dead in Lake Cargelligo in New South Wales’ Central West on January 22.
Police are continuing to search in that area after he was spotted at a property in the area on the night of January 24.

“Police wish to inform the public that there is currently no credible information to suggest that Julian Ingram is in the Sydney area,” a police spokesperson said.
“The focus of the search remains around Lake Cargelligo and its surrounds.”
However, while his whereabouts remain unknown, police across NSW have been urged to be on the lookout as a large-scale manhunt continues.

Ingram is believed to have shot dead his pregnant ex-partner, Sophie Quinn, 25, and her friend John Harris, 32, in their car in Lake Cargelligo on January 22.
He allegedly then drove to another address where he fatally shot Sophie Quinn’s aunt Nerida Quinn, 50, and badly wounded 19-year-old man Kaleb Macqueen.
Police have said they believe Ingram is receiving assistance to stay out of sight, particularly with recent weather conditions in the area sending temperatures frequently above 40 degrees.

He was last seen driving a dual-cab Ford Ranger utility with the NSW registration DM-07-GZ, but police have said they aren’t sure what vehicle he might be using now.
A critical incident investigation has been opened into the matter over Ingram’s history of domestic violence and how he was able to access guns.
Anybody who sees Ingram is urged not to approach but to contact Triple Zero immediately.
