Jenna Coleman stars in this gripping drama
The Jetty
Jenna Coleman leads the cast of this atmospheric and moving crime drama. The Victoria star plays detective Ember Manning, whose investigation into an arson case leads her down a path of reflection as she examines her past relationships and identity.
When a fire rips through a property in a small Lancashire lake town, Ember must work out how it connects to a podcast journalist looking into a missing person cold case and an illicit relationship between a man in his 20s with two young girls.
But as Ember digs deeper into the case, it threatens to upend her life, forcing her to confront her past.
Not just your average crime drama, this compulsive, moody coming-of-age story explores themes of toxic culture, misogyny, consent and identity.

James Nesbitt leads the cast of the drama
Bloodlands
This tense cat-and-mouse thriller follows DCI Tom Brannick (James Nesbitt) on the hunt for a legendary assassin. The story begins when a car containing a possible suicide note is pulled out of Strangford Lough. When Brannick connects the investigation to an infamous cold case linked to his wife’s disappearance.
Not only is the show led by crime drama veteran James Nesbitt, but it comes from Line of Duty creator Jed Mercurio’s production company, so viewers are in good hands!

Black Snow
In this twist-filled drama, Vikings actor Travis Fimmel stars as Detective James Cormack, who investigates long-buried cold cases in Queensland. In season one, Cormack delves into the 1994 murder of teenager Isabel Baker, while the second season follows his search for missing woman Zoe Jacobs, who vanished in 2003.
As he investigates, Cormack begins to uncover the truth about his own family, while simultaneously looking into the 1994 disappearance of his younger brother.
With an impressive 100 per cent rating on Rotten Tomatoes, Black Snow will not disappoint.

Who doesn’t love an Irish crime drama? This gripping detective series follows DS Fia Lucey (Lisa Dwan), who is sent back to her hometown of Blackwater after a series of undue force allegations threaten her career in Dublin.
Upon her return, Fia is forced to confront her past while investigating a missing persons case.
If you love compelling police dramas set in tight-knit communities steeped in secrets, then Blackshore might be for you.

Steeltown Murders
Based on a true story, this brilliant, hard-hitting drama follows the hunt to catch the killer of three young women in the Port Talbot area. Set between 1973 and the early 2000s, the series tells the remarkable story of how the mystery was solved almost 30 years later using pioneering DNA evidence.
The series is penned by Ed Whitmore, who is no stranger to bringing real-life crime stories to the small screen, having written Manhunt and Rillington Place.
Viewers can also look forward to stellar performances from its excellent cast, led by Philip Glenister (Life on Mars) and Steffan Rhodri (Gavin & Stacey).
