Daytime television viewers were shocked yesterday after an explosive row erupted between Coleen Nolan and Kim Woodburn.
Kim stormed off the set of Loose Women after coming on the show supposedly to make amends with former CBB star Coleen, after the pair had clashed on the reality show in the past.
But instead of reconciling, the meeting ended with Kim leaving the studio , calling Coleen “trash.”
In the heat of the moment, Kim said: “I wouldn’t want to sit here and talk with lying trash like you.”
Coleen said: “I think that’s sad.”
The pair have since both spoken out about their on-screen spat.
A spokeswoman for Kim told the Press Association in a statement: “Kim was invited on to Loose Women as she was told Coleen wanted to hold peace talks with her.

“When she arrived this morning, Kim was briefed and told Coleen would speak first and give her reasons for their row.

“She was told Coleen wanted to bury the hatchet.

“However when Kim walked on set, Coleen refused to speak first and made Kim do all the talking.
“This left Kim on the spot and out of her depth.

“This incident has left Kim incredibly upset and she feels disappointed with what happened.”
However, Coleen didn’t stay quiet either, with her web team writing on Twitter: “For clarity – Coleen did not ask for Kim Woodburn to come on the show nor ask to be reunited with her – @loosewomen organised the show.
“Coleen has no say in their choice of guests – Coleen stayed as calm as possible whilst being insulted live on air which was incredibly unpleasant.”
