Flo Milli may be ready to give birth at any moment, but she still managed to squeeze in one last show in for her fans – despite her doctor’s orders not to.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday (March 11), a very pregnant Flo shared a series of photos and videos from her show at San Diego State.
“Just did my last show 9 months pregnant,” she wrote. “Even tho my Doc told me not to go I’m glad I still went [laughing emoji] San Diego State was lit. Girlies drop some Mom tips b4 I go into labor.”

Rumors of Flo Milli’s pregnancy were sparked in November after she posted a video dancing with a masked man who was rubbing on her protruding stomach.
The video was intended to preview her new song, which samples T-Pain‘s “I’m N Luv (Wit A Stripper)” and finds Flo rapping: “He eat it up in the backseat/ I’m running like it’s a track meet/ I know this boy wanna trap me – okay!/ He wanna give me a baby/ I want him to give me Mercedes!”
Fans and peers alike didn’t hesitate to congratulate Flo on her assumed pregnancy, with Sexyy Red writing, “FLO WAIT WAIT THIS ALOT RN” and Baby Tate saying, “I’m not gone lie I ain’t hear a word u said congratulations omg Flo Mommi Shittttt.”
Flo played coy at first, taking to X moments later and writing, “damn i cant be bloated??”
She later deleted the video in question. But just weeks after that, the “Never Lose Me” rapper confirmed she is indeed with child.
Taking to X, Flo shared a series of posts that confirmed she’s expecting – though she was sure to limit the replies to only people she follows.
“flo mommy shit,” she wrote in the first post.
She then jokingly added: “i can’t even see my coochie nomore that’s crazy.”
Flo Milli released her sophomore album, Fine Ho, Stay, in March of 2024. The 14-track effort featured appearances from Anycia, Cardi B, SZA, Gunna and Monaleo, with production from the likes of Bangladesh, Honorable C.N.O.T.E., Lex Luger, Mike WiLL Made It and more.
