ITV Loose Women star Coleen Nolan updated her co-stars with family news and she couldn’t hide her emotions

Loose Women star Coleen Nolan was visibly moved as she divulged some thrilling yet poignant news on the show.

The 60-year-old television personality has been enjoying some lovely family moments as it was recently revealed that her daughter Ciara and her fiancé Max, along with her son Shane and his partner Kim, are both expecting babies.

Adding to the jubilation, Coleen announced another piece of wonderful news to the audience: her son Jake has tied the knot.

During Tuesday’s episode of Loose Women, she couldn’t help but express her feelings: “It’s not just me being biased because 140 people there felt the same thing; it was the nicest, most wonderful wedding I’ve ever been to in my life, including both of mine, and I loved my weddings,” she gushed.

Describing the wedding day, she said, ” It was exactly what the whole day should be about, it was like being in a film, it was tears, laughter,” reports Belfast Live.

This heartwarming celebration comes after a tough period for Coleen and her kin, following the funeral of her sister Linda in February. Linda passed away at 65, having battled secondary breast cancer and pneumonia.

A touching moment unfolded on Loose Women when a photo of Coleen with her sisters Anne, Denise, and Maureen at Jake’s nuptials prompted her to reflect on how they hadn’t smiled or laughed “in a while.”

Coleen fondly reminisced, “It was just perfect,” when speaking of the special day.

Amidst the wedding cheer and the prospect of becoming a grandmother once more, her fellow presenter Denise Welch playfully admitted: “I’m jealous.”

Coleen is a mother to two sons with her former spouse Shane Richie, including musician Jake, and also to her daughter Ciara.

The Big Brother celebrity is set to become a nanny for the third time, with her eldest two already embracing parenthood. Coleen couldn’t contain her excitement when Ciara announced her pregnancy, exclaiming: “I’m going to be a nanny for the 3rd time! !”

“I can’t believe my baby is having a baby! Congratulations to my beautiful daughter Ciara and her fiancé Max, over the moon for you both.”

Shortly after, she shared the joyous news of her son Shane and his partner Kim expecting a child.

“I can’t actually believe this but I wanted to share with you all that I’m going to be a Nanny AGAIN!” she declared.

“My first born Shane and his lovely partner Kim have just announced they are having a baby and I’m so excited! Wishing them all the congratulations in the world. I wonder what gender it’ll be? @iamshanenolan and @kimberley.s.6.”

Both Shane and Ciara have revealed they’re expecting boys, with Coleen disclosing on Loose Women that the couples had opted to find out their babies’ genders in advance.

“And Jake’s got a boy, and I’ve got a granddaughter and a step-granddaughter,” she recounted, prompting Nadia Sawalha to jest: “Rub it in Coleen!”
