His latest series Tour De Fred: Northern Ireland will change things up, with Fred going solo.
This upcoming ITV show will see Fred embark on a cycling adventure in the Emerald Isle.
The five-part series will air each day on ITV1 at 2pm from Monday, March 3 until Friday, March 7.
Speaking previously, Fred said: “I’ve always wanted to spend some quality time in Ireland to explore the land, learn about the people, plus its food and culture.”
“Travelling by bike can bring you even closer to a place and those that live there, I can’t wait to get started!”
Produced by ITV Studios Daytime and Waddell Media, the format will see him discover the stunning landscapes of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
During his cycling expedition, Fred will fully immerse himself in local life, as he takes a peek into the rich culture, history, places, and people that Ireland has to offer.
Visiting hidden gems along the way, TVs much loved front-of-house will take a front seat into exploring a land he knows little about.
Meanwhile, Fred is also known for appearing in Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip – opposite chefs Gordon Ramsay and Gino D’Acampo.
The ITV series debuted in October 2018, with four series and five specials having aired to date.
Although Gino left the show in 2023, he and Fred collaborated again on Gino & Fred: Emission Impossible.
This two-part programme followed the pair on an eco-friendly journey across Croatia and Austria.
Italian-born Gino is now facing allegations of inappropriate and intimidating behaviour spanning over 15 years.
In response, he has firmly denied all allegations, describing them as “deeply upsetting” and inconsistent with his character.
As for Fred, viewers saw him enter the I’m A Celebrity jungle back in 2023.
He shared the Australian camp with Nigel Farage, Sam Thompson and Josie Gibson among others.
Ultimately, Fred was the third star to be eliminated in that year’s series.
Tour De Fred: Northern Ireland will debut on March 3.
