The property developer founded his company in 2007
Princess Beatrice’s husband shared pictures and videos from Palm Beach, Florida on Tuesday afternoon, prompting speculation about his whereabouts.
Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, 42, first shared an image of a building on social media, tagging his property development company, Banda, in the process.
The father-of-three later posted an image and a video of a construction site in West Palm Beach, Florida.
It is understood that Mr Mapelli Mozzi and his company, which he founded in 2007, are involved in developing a luxury hotel complex in the area.
From Mr Mapelli Mozzi’s Instagram, it is clear that the view from the construction site is adjacent to a golf course and the ocean.
Princess Beatrice’s husband did spend a considerable amount of time in Florida earlier this year due to work commitments; however, it was thought he had since returned home to the UK.
On February 27, the royal couple were spotted strolling through London and clutching takeaway coffees.
Beatrice, 37, and Mr Mapelli Mozzi were accompanied by two companions, curator Carrie Scott and her partner Nick Lazarus.

It is unclear if Mr Mapelli Mozzi has since returned to the US or is simply promoting his property development company on social media from afar.
The eldest daughter of the former Duke of York had kept out of sight since his arrest on February 19, with her previous public sighting dating back to late January at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was taken into custody at his Sandringham residence on the morning of his 66th birthday, with police arresting him on suspicion of misconduct in public office.
He has consistently denied any wrongdoing in relation to Epstein and was released following 11 hours in police custody.

King Charles issued a statement on the day of the arrest, pledging Palace cooperation with the ongoing investigation.
Both of Mr Mountbatten-Windsor’s daughters were reported to be “in a state” following their father’s detainment.
Princess Eugenie, 35, was skiing in Switzerland with her husband and children on the eve of the arrest and emerged publicly in London earlier this week.
The younger sister was seen collecting coffee with husband Jack Brooksbank on February 24 before venturing out alone the following day.

A source told People Eugenie appeared relaxed during her Tuesday outing, saying: “She was chatting away with someone she knows and seemed very relaxed. It was all very casual.
“She was laughing and joking. She looked happy and at ease not like someone trying to hide.”
The whereabouts of Sarah Ferguson have remained largely unclear since her former husband’s arrest.
Reports indicate she attended a luxury wellness retreat in Switzerland during January.
