Police are returning to the remote South Australian home of missing four-year-old Gus Lamont to search for evidence relating to his disappearance more than 160 days after the four-year-old vanished.

South Australia Police today returned to Gus’ family’s Oak Park Station homestead to continue investigations.

The station is located about 43 kilometres south of Yunta in SA.

Task Force Horizon members will search multiple locations across the property for evidence linked to Gus’ disappearance.

SA Police said they will provide an update as the investigations continue.

Police have repeatedly said Gus’s parents are not suspects.

No evidence of Gus has been uncovered despite extensive searches of the property, which Detective Superintendent Darren Fielke said has been the “largest and most intensive” missing person search ever undertaken by SA Police.
