The documents, shared via a family statement on December 13, 2025, include redacted police reports, witness statements, and internal memos that Ralph alleges were “buried” during the original probe into the abduction and murder of his two-year-old son on February 12, 1993. “We always knew something was missedâthese papers show it,” Ralph said in a tearful video, flanked by James’s mother Denise Fergus. “This is for Jamesâto finally have the truth.”
