INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Richard Goodall, the “singing janitor” is back home and the community was thrilled to see him.
It was announced on America’s Got Talent Wednesday night that Richard Goodall had been voted to move on to the semi-final round, but Indianapolis airport sounded like he had won again when he stepped off his flight from Los Angeles.
A bus load of his biggest fans traveled to the airport to greet Richard and his fiancé, the moment they arrived.
One fan said she took note the first time she heard Richard’s voice.
At home we saw Richard singing and when he sang Don’t Stop Believin’ I was shocked. He was so good; his voice was like so pure. It was amazing.

Dreams can come true for anybody. How exciting it is to get to see it from the ground up and know that this is a person that is going to be around for a long time. You can say I know that guy from when he was a janitor. It is awesome. I just love it.
