Police have launched an hunt to find a missing woman who vanished three days before Christmas.

The force urged anyone with information to come forward as they released an image of the 40-year-old, who was last seen on December 22. The woman was wearing a yellow long-sleeved shirt in the released image when she disappeared.

A Lincolnshire Police statement read: “We are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of Candice, who was reported missing from Horncastle.

“The 40-year-old was last seen on Monday 22 December and has been described as having a slim build. Candice has brown shoulder-length hair, is around 5ft 3ins tall and may be wearing the same clothing as in the photograph.

“If you have seen her, or know where she may be, please get in touch by calling 101 or emailing [email protected] quoting incident 191 of 29 December in the subject line.”
