One of the women involved in the Sydney Swans sex scandal has revealed the extraordinary family connections behind her decision to make a formal complaint, saying her influential relatives have stood firmly behind her chosen career.
The 31-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is one of three topless waitresses hired to perform at the private post-game victory party at the Pullman Hotel in Melbourne on August 17.
The following day, she made an official police statement claiming she was sexually assaulted during the event and has also retained a civil lawyer with the intention of suing those involved.
Players Isaac Heeney, Nick Blakey, Chad Warner, James Jordon and Riley Bice have all been stood down for the remainder of the 2026 season for failing to uphold club standards.
Their suspension is based on a breach of team rules about staying out late and drinking, not the sex assault allegations, all players deny wrongdoing in that regard.
Since the claims were made public, the three women have faced a backlash online, with many fans questioning the validity of their claims and accusing them of trying to cash in on the AFL players’ fortunes.

Hailing from a well-known family with direct links to a former Deputy Prime Minister and a High Court judge who changed Australia with landmark legislation, the woman says ‘seeking justice and making a difference’ were part of her family values.
‘My great-grandfather was a High Court judge,’ she told Daily Mail.
‘He changed laws and one day I want to become a police officer – that’s still going to happen.’
Having worked in the sex industry in various capacities, including stripping, OnlyFans and acting in adult movies for more than a decade, she also revealed that she has never been forced to hide her work, which is why she felt supported enough to speak out.
‘My dad was shocked when it first came out and people started to contact him,’ she said. ‘But we have had a good talk about it and he is supporting me.’
Prior to the incident, the woman had often participated in media interviews in the hope of bringing more understanding to the industry and its pay expectations.
It was during one of those interviews that she explained her father had once been maliciously sent links to her adult content by people she attended high school with, but ultimately it led to better communication.
‘I wouldn’t have cared if it was my mum, but it was my dad,’ she said. ‘I’m always off to Melbourne for work and haven’t worked a normal job in so long.

‘He never spoke to me about it – but years later he told me, ‘”I’m really proud of you, no matter what you do, darling – and I kind of have an idea of what you do.”
‘We had a giggle on the phone and he said, “Just be safe in Melbourne and I will see you when you get home.”‘
In an interview two years ago, she revealed she was represented by an agency for filming adult content and still receives royalties from scenes she had appeared in.
‘They have given me a really large amount of money for my scenes and every six months, I get to claim three grand just from people viewing,’ she said.
‘I have worked for this company for seven years, and I have continued to even while doing OnlyFans.’
She hinted at the kind of performance she does during her private stripshow bookings.
‘I like being a dominatrix in that setting. Sometimes they are like, please stop!’ she said.
While working in a strip club in Melbourne, she was earning $1,500-$2,000 per night.
But by last year the woman revealed in another interview that the majority of her income now stems from OnlyFans subscriptions.
‘When I first started, I made $30,000 in the first month,’ she said.
‘And it’s such easy money to make too. I’m open with my body, I don’t care, you have to be resilient.’
On Saturday, it was revealed that all three women present on the night have reportedly made sexual assault allegations, with at least one now alleging she was the victim of ‘multiple sexual assaults’ while in the hotel.
The fresh allegation follows two other women, represented by Carbone Lawyers, claiming they were subjected to sexual conduct in excess of what was agreed to when they were booked as topless waitresses.
Slater & Gordon lawyer Jackson Pannam said on Saturday that the firm had been asked by his client to determine if there was any basis for a civil claim.
‘Everyone deserves to be safe going about their life, at home, at work and in public spaces without risk of being assaulted or harmed,’ he said in a statement.
It’s understood the Slater & Gordon lawyer said the new allegation has been reported to police.
