Queensland Police said it would prepare a report for the coroner following the “sudden and non-suspicious death”.
On a fundraising page set up to support the family with funeral costs, family member Alicia Downs wrote the teenager was kind, caring and had a “quick sense of humour.”
“We adore Beau with every part of our hearts. Nothing in this world will ever feel right without him,” Ms Downs wrote.
