Gino, who has been at the centre of a probe following allegations of sexually inappropriate comments, said the horrifying words while appearing on Celebrity Juice.

In a fun segment, Fearne’s face was compared to a pizza, which had olives for eyes, pineapple rings for a nose and red pepper for its mouth.

Host Keith Lemon said: “Look at the likeness!”

Gino, who was sat next to Holly Willoughby, looked across at Fearne and said: “I have a theory and I’m sorry, you know how much I like you, right, but I think when you have big nostrils, actually you can suck like f***.”

Fearne looked instantly shocked, as Keith – real name Leigh Francis – put his hand over his mouth.

As the baying audience starting chanting, Gio continued: “It’s because you can breathe easier.”

Fearne told him: “Alright, you don’t need to elaborate!”
