A man has died, and two people have been left injured following a house fire in Sydney’s south-west.

Multiple fire crews raced to an address in Spring Farm following reports of a house fire shortly after midnight.

A man, aged in his 60s, was unable to escape the blaze.

The other two occupants of the home were able to make it out and were taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Fire investigators are continuing to investigate the cause of the blaze.
