Keith Urban, Nicole Kidman’s husband, is turning heads for more than just his voice.

Radar Online reported that the 57-year-old Australian-American singer-songwriter and guitarist spends a significant amount every week on surgery and beauty treatments to keep up with his wife, who still looks young.

The insider revealed that Urban “looks fantastic and it’s not by accident; he puts a lot of time and effort into it.”

“Nicole jokes that he spends more time in front of the mirror than she does, which is quite possible – he’s a real peacock,” the source added.

The insider went on to share that the You’ll Think of Me crooner is “religious about his appointments with the dermatologist and plastic surgeon” and “sees the same doctors as Nicole. He looks very natural – but it’s no secret he’s been getting things like Botox and different injectables for years.”

In addition, Dr. Otto Placik, a plastic surgeon in Chicago, opened up about Urban by quipping that he “appears to have had a mid-face lift and/or fillers or fat transfer” to smooth his forehead lines.

Another insider also told the same outlet that The Fighter singer does a 10-step daily skin-care routine and gets a root touch-up every two weeks and highlights every six weeks.

In addition to this, he takes laser hair removal sessions and a mani-pedi every week.

“There’s almost no inch of him that isn’t pampered or beautified in some way,” the insider claimed.
