It has been confirmed that Britain’s Got Talent will go live on Saturday 26th April for five weeks of semi-finals, with the live final taking place on Saturday 31st May. Despite the new weekly format, the live shows will remain at Eventim Apollo.

Meanwhile, ITV have extended its contract with Britain’s Got Talent producers Fremantle for further series, with sources suggesting to TV Zone the new deal is for three series through to 2028, though this has not been confirmed by ITV.
With the current series, the last in the existing contract, continuing on ITV1 and ITVX every Saturday night until 31st May, the new deals begins next year with its nineteenth series, with applications now open.
Ant & Dec will once again lead the nation through a series of auditions featuring a wonderful array of talent, who’ll be performing to secure a spot in the finals by impressing the four inimitable judges, with the current line-up of Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, Bruno Tonioli and special guest judge KSI.
