Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina reunited for a special performance in honor of American Idol’s 20th anniversary. Taking the stage together, the duo showcased their undeniable connection as they delivered a heartfelt rendition of Keith Whitley’s 1988 hit, “When You Say Nothing at All.”

The pair first won over audiences in 2011 as teenage finalists on American Idol, with McCreery, then just 17, taking the crown while Alaina finished as the talented runner-up.
