Kelsea Ballerini fell off a moving stage platform during the final show of her North American tour while performing Garth Brooks’ “Friends in Low Places” at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto on April 13.
Kelsea Ballerini doesn’t want to make patterns out of her recent fall.
While the country singer performed Garth Brooks‘ “Friends in Low Places” to honor her crew, who she brought on-stage, during the last stop of her tour’s North American leg in Toronto on April 13, she took a tumble as the stage platform she was dancing on began to elevate.
However, the 31-year-old took the fall with grace. After she tripped and fell off the platform, she caught herself on the ground and kept dancing, turning the fall into a pose and immediately carrying on singing with just a bit of a giggle to her voice as she continued the lyrics.
Audible gasps were heard from the crowd, but Kelsea made it back up so quickly that she didn’t require help from any of the crew on stage could help. Fans online were quick to judge those who stood and watched as she fell, with one user writing, “Not one man helped her up but good thing she knew how to pull it off!”
Although, Kelsea proved she didn’t need the help of any man as fittingly, she sang the lyrics “I’ll be okay” just after continuing to dance in her matching turquoise boots and bodysuit.
The sweet moment honoring the crew continued as she motioned for everyone to join her and one man even sang part of the song into the microphone.

And this wasn’t the only time Kelsea gave others the spotlight on her tour, which kicked off in January in support of her latest album, PATTERNS. Earlier this month, the “Cowboys Cry Too” singer helped a fan to announce her pregnancy while on tour in Tulsa, OK.
“Hello, my name is Kelsea Ballerini and I’m here to tell you that Maddie is pregnant,” Kelsea announced to the crowd while filming a selfie video on the fan’s phone. She then turned the camera to Maddie before exclaiming, “She’s due in November!”
