Jelly Roll, the country hitmaker known for his honesty and inspiring journey, recently shared an incredible milestone in his weight loss journey during an appearance on Pat McAfee’s Big Night AHT show. He revealed that he has lost nearly 200 pounds, going from 540 pounds to 357 pounds, and he’s aiming for a final goal of losing 100 more pounds so he can go skydiving with his wife, Bunnie Xo.

With a celebratory dance and a joyful spirit, Jelly Roll told the crowd, “I started at 540 pounds and I was 357 pounds this morning, baby.” The crowd roared in support as he excitedly shared his next big milestone: “I’m gonna lose another 100 pounds and go skydiving with my wife in Sweden, baby!”
While skydiving as a first-timer requires a tandem jump with an instructor, the weight limit for this type of jump typically falls between 200 and 250 pounds. This means Jelly Roll still needs to shed roughly 107 pounds to safely make his skydiving dream a reality.
Jelly Roll began his weight loss journey 15 months ago, initially setting a goal to run a 5K. Now, with nearly 200 pounds lost, he hopes to inspire others with his journey. He’s been open about his weight loss success, sharing his daily meals, workout routines, and dedication even while on the road. He’s also launched Jelly Roll’s Losers Run Club, where he posts videos of his exercise routine and updates on his goals—now with skydiving in his sights!
Jelly Roll’s transformation is a testament to his hard work, and his journey continues to inspire countless fans to pursue their own health and fitness goals.
