Brandi Merrick, 37, was last seen on June 8, 2026, at approximately 8:30 p.m., according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department. Investigators say she left a family member’s residence in the 4500 block of Houldsworth Drive and told relatives she planned to visit her children at her ex-boyfriend’s nearby home.

Family members said the visit was supposed to be brief. According to loved ones, Brandi typically spent only a couple of hours with her children before returning home. This time, however, she never came back.

Days later, her family still had not heard from her, prompting growing fears for her safety and well-being.

Loved ones say Brandi’s disappearance is completely out of character and that the uncertainty surrounding her whereabouts has been devastating.
