While speaking to reporters in Washington, D.C., Leavitt wore a sleeveless green dress featuring a knee-length slit. The look was paired with brown heels.

After watching a video of the interview, many netizens shared strong opinions about her outfit. One person commented, “She’s stuffed in that dress.” Another remarked, “I think your dress is on backwards?”

Someone else added, “The dress Karoline Leavitt is wearing doesn’t fit her!” And after seeing a clip of her walking, a YouTube viewer exclaimed, “Dress is WAY TOO TIGHT.

The judgment continued as another person on Instagram stated that Leavitt “Married a billionaire & still can’t get clothes that fit her correctly.”

Earlier this year, the White House press secretary gave an interview in which she discussed the age difference between her and her husband. She shared how they met and what she loves about him.

During her appearance on “The Megyn Kelly Show,” in February 2025, Leavitt opened up about her personal life. She addressed the age gap between her and her husband, Nicholas Riccio. While she is 27, he is 59, making him 32 years her senior.

When Megyn Kelly asked Leavitt to explain how she married a man much older than her, the press secretary didn’t hold back. She revealed that she met Riccio during her Congressional Campaign.

A mutual friend of theirs hosted an event at a New Hampshire restaurant that Riccio happened to own and invited him to attend. Leavitt was speaking at the event, and that’s how they met.

At first, they were friendly acquaintances, but then “we fell in love.” Curious, Kelly asked the press secretary if she was apprehensive about his advanced age and their age gap. Leavitt admitted she was, “but he’s incredible, he’s my greatest supporter, he’s my best friend, he’s my rock…”

She also pointed out her husband’s accomplishments, highlighting that he built a successful business. The press secretary revealed that Riccio is now, in turn, supportive of her career and her efforts to build herself. The couple also shares one child, and she said the businessman is “the best dad I could ever ask for.”
She also revealed something she’s said to him before about their current lives. Riccio’s wife said she jokingly told him, “‘I’ve walked into your life and it’s been a circus ever since,’ but God bless him because he’s fully on board.” Leavitt’s husband is Italian, a nation credited for being lovers and romantics.
This week, the politician took to Instagram to share images from her stunning wedding day celebrations. She captioned, “Finally found some time to post a few of my favorite pictures from one of my favorite days! 😌🤍✨💍.”

The couple tied the knot at the Wentworth By The Sea Country Club in Rye, New Hampshire. Leavitt revealed that her hair was styled by Samantha Pisani and the New Hampshire-based Salon Pure.

Bridal makeup artist Sarah Alicea had her looking stunning, while Favorite Daughter Florals provided the flowers for the day. The bride also shared that Img.escape captured her wedding photos.

Fans were treated to images of the couple walking on the golf course and country club grounds as Leavitt held her bridal bouquet. Another photo showed Riccio kissing his wife on the cheek inside the venue.

The press secretary was also seen posing with a group of women, who may have been her bridesmaids, all dressed in black. Additionally, she shared images of tables decorated with white roses.

Leavitt’s fans have also been privy to another major milestone in her life: the birth of her son. Days after welcoming him on July 10, 2024, at 11:25 p.m., she took to the same platform to share images of her newborn.

She captioned the post, “The moment our son was born. The moment I officially became a mom. The best moment of my life.” Leavitt continued, “It’s true when they say there’s nothing comparable to the love you feel for your child. My heart has grown bigger than I ever imagined possible.”

Expressing her gratitude, Riccio’s wife added, “Babies are the ultimate blessing and I’m bursting with gratitude for our beautiful, happy, healthy boy.” Introducing her son, she wrote, “Nicholas Robert aka Niko. 🤗 My son. I love you. 💙.”

The first image in the carousel appeared to have been taken at the hospital when Leavitt met Niko for the first time. A close-up shot of the little boy in a blue onesie and matching hat was also featured, along with a photo of the new mother posing beside her sleeping son at the hospital.
