But despite knowing about it from the books, and then seeing it on the big screen, one aspect of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows still has die-hard fans reeling.
During The Battle of the Seven Harrys – an aerial battle during the Second Wizarding War -members of The Order of the Phoenix and Harry’s friends help him escape from the Dursley’s house to a safe location.
The seven Potters are Harry, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, Fred Weasley, George Weasley, Fleur Delacour, and Mundungus Fletcher. To do this they all morph into Harry to trick Voldemort and the Death Eaters.
However, during the flight they are ambushed and we sadly lose several key characters. Hedwig, Harry’s owl sacrifices herself and Professor Moody is also killed during the attack.

Many Potter fans are passionate about the series and to this day, lots of them believe this scene was unnecessary.

On Reddit, one angry fan wrote: “The seven Harrys scene was completely stupid and absurd.
“It would had been better to just polyjuice Harry as someone else, making everyone a decoy and furthering confusion, with much less drama.”
They added: “Really there could have been a thousand and one different ways to smuggle Harry out from that home, to say nothing about the dubious protection and Harry’s need to go there in first place.”
In the comments, other Potter followers vented their frustration.
One said: “It was another of those plot convenience that you accept and don’t question as it was for the sake of killing Hedwig and Mad Eye to subcommittee Harry’s loss of childhood innocence.”
Another commented: “Yep, instead of removing the one target we have, let’s put six other people at risk by creating six more targets.”
Plus, someone else added: “Moody’s death was preventable!
“Harry could have walked with Moody under the invisibility cloak to just outside the threshold at Privet Drive, then apparated side-along. Or walked under the cloak to Mrs. Figg’s house and connected her to the Floo network.”
