Ben Affleck and his lookalike, Jon Bernthal, stopped by the Today show on Tuesday, April 22, to chat about their new movie, The Accountant 2.

Of course, their resemblance to each other isn’t an accident as they play brothers in the upcoming film.
“A calculated team. 👀 “Brothers” Ben Affleck and Jon Bernthal stopped by Studio 1A to chat about @accountantmovie 2,” the Instagram post from the morning show wrote as the duo waved to the camera in sync, boasting nearly identical beards.

While chatting about the movie, the duo also took a moment to throw some shade at Affleck’s best friend, Matt Damon.

“Ben Affleck and Jon Bernthal play brothers in @accountantmovie 2 and they joke that their friend Matt Damon is feeling jealous over their dynamic — and they’re glad about it! 😂” the caption of the screenshot from the Jenna and Friends segment read.

In the clip, Affleck doubled down, stating, “Yeah, I think he’s jealous now, wherever he is,” before jokingly adding, “And I hope his feelings are really hurt.”

During the chat with Savannah Guthrie, Affleck also took some playful jabs at Damon’s new ripped physique.

Affleck previously revealed he spent “months and months I spent training to line dance” for the film, before admitting how “wonderful” it was to reprise his role in the sequel to the 2016 film.

The thriller, directed by Gavin O’Conner, is set for a theatrical release on April 25, 2025, and will focus on forensic accountant Christian Wolff teaming “up with his estranged but highly lethal brother to track down mysterious assassins.”
