Britain’s Got Talent’s Amanda Holden threw shade at Simon Cowell on This Morning as she said that he’s ‘heavily engaged’.
Amanda appeared on the ITV talk show to talk about her new Netflix dating show Cheat: Unfinished Business.
When speaking to Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond last week, Simon sported a pair of grey shorts as the UK sun glistened outside the studio.
“I know he came on your show last week, but can we discuss Simon Cowell’s trousers that he had on.
“What was he wearing? Did he cycle in? He’s got a good knee,” Amanda said.
Laughing at Amanda’s rant at her colleague of 18 years, Ben humorously noted that his ‘new trousers were as short as Bruno’s top was low’.
Amanda replied: “I got competition on the boob front on BGT this year. I texted Lauren, Simon’s basically wife, ‘did he cycle in’.

Asked to elaborate on what she meant, Amanda said: “They’re not married. They’re heavily engaged.”
Looking back on filming her Netflix series with Married At First Sight’s Paul C Brunson, Amanda recalled how the show impacted her marriage to Chris Hughes.
“My lovely husband, he came out with the girls to catch it and bonded a lot with Paul. They were talking about football, Paul would give all this advice about listening to your partner and compromising.
“Both words that don’t come up in my relationship, not on my side anyways. For the whole ten days Chris was there, I was nice to him. It all went out the window,” she admitted.
Debuting on Netflix on Wednesday morning, Cheat: Unfinished Business follows eight former couples as they come face to face for the first time since breaking up.
In a major twist to your standard dating show, one person in each of the relationships cheated on their partner prior to their split.
After spending time together, the couples will decide whether to move forward from the ultimate relationship ender or agree they broke up for a reason.
