The San Francisco Fire Department confirmed a medical emergency call, and police have stated no foul play is suspected. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is conducting an investigation to determine the official cause of death.
Dispatch audio, obtained by media outlets, classified the incident as a “code 3 for the overdose, color change,” indicating first responders were alerted to a possible drug overdose with visible discoloration of the skin, lips, or nails — a common sign in such cases.
Victoria, born in 1991 to Tommy Lee Jones and his second wife, photographer Kimberlea Cloughley (married 1981-1996), had largely stayed out of the Hollywood spotlight despite early acting roles.
