Jelly Roll Sh0cks Stagecoach Crowd — Brings Out MGK, Lana Del Rey, and 7 Surprise Stars You Have to See to Believe!

Over the weekend, Jelly Roll took over the desert with friends — and lots of them!

On Saturday, April 26, the “Need a Favor” singer, 40, turned his headlining Stagecoach 2025 set into a talent show-jam session hybrid, bringing out nine — yes, you read that right — stars throughout the night, from MGK and Shaboozey to Wiz Khalifa and, finally, Lana Del Rey.

According to Billboard, Jelly kicked off his long list of guests by inviting friend and collaborator MGK, 35, to the country music festival’s main stage at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, Calif.

The rocker arrived onstage as Jelly sang the iconic chorus to John Denver’s “Take Me Home, Country Roads,” before the duo seamlessly transitioned into their collab “Lonely Road,” Billboard reported. Jelly then asked MGK for a solo performance of one of his biggest hits, “My Ex’s Best Friend,” per the outlet.

Next up were Shaboozey, BigXthaPlug and Jessie Murph. Shaboozey, who had performed earlier in the day, joined Jelly to perform their newly released duet “Amen,” and stuck around to welcome BigX to the stage, per Billboard.

The “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” musician, 29, stuck around as the rapper performed “Texas,” and later left as Jelly and BigX danced together to the latter’s hit “The Largest,” footage shared on TikTok shows.

Murph, meanwhile, performed her collab with Jelly, “Wild Ones,” and share a sweet hug with the headliner, a fan-captured video shows.

The stars just kept coming, with Jelly’s wife Bunnie Xo hitting the stage next for a cameo and segue into his next guest, singer Alex Warren, Billboard reported. Warren, 24, helped the headliner “confess his love” for Bunnie, 44, with a performance of his song “Ordinary,” and later debuted his and Jelly’s unreleased collab, “Oh My Brother.”

Khalifa, 37, and Brandon Lake were next, with the former joining Jelly for a rendition of his hit Snoop Dogg collab and party anthem, “Young, Wild and Free,” plus a bit of his classic track “Black & Yellow,” Billboard reported. Shortly after, Lake, 34, joined Jelly to perform a duet of his song “Hard Fought Hallelujah.”

Finally, just when the crowd thought the celebrity guests, covers and craziness were over, Jelly capped off the evening by bringing out none other than Del Rey. According to Billboard, Jelly lauded the singer, 39, before enlisting her for the final track of the set, “Save Me.”

The “Margaret” crooner took over Lainey Wilson’s vocals in the hit duet to conclude Jelly’s gig, which followed her own headline-making set the previous day. (Del Rey debuted her new song, “57.4,” during her Stagecoach set on Friday, revealing in its lyrics that she she once kissed country star Morgan Wallen.)

Jelly’s star-studded gig was no big surprise after his performance at Stagecoach last year, which featured a slew of special guests — including his 16-year-old daughter onstage, who received a “happy birthday” serenade from the festival crowd.

“In, like, 10 days, she will be 16 years old … But hey, I figured it would be a really cool dad way to embarrass her if I can do the old ‘Happy birthday to you,’ ” Jelly said at the time, as the crowd continued the song for him.

For the 2024 set, he also brought out fellow Stagecoach performer T-Pain for a tribute to the late Toby Keith, who died at age 62 in February 2024 following his stomach cancer diagnosis. The duo sang a duet to “Should’ve Been a Cowboy.”

In an interview with Variety last April, Jelly opened up about Keith’s influence on him as an artist, revealing that the iconic musician inspired him to pursue country music after years as a rapper.

“He was an outlier. He was unapologetically Oklahoma. There are a lot of things he did that encouraged me and empowered me,” he told the outlet at the time. “He was very individualistic and carved his own path and he did it his own way, from pillar to post.”

“He never knew it, but he was a mentor to me,” Jelly added, “just watching him from afar.”
