I COULDN’T SAVE THE LOVE OF MY LIFE..! – Brittany Clark’s heartbroken boyfriend has shared the devastating final words she spoke after a massive alligator suddenly emerged from a Florida river and attacked her.

Brittany Clark’s devastated boyfriend has revealed the heartbreaking request she made in her dying moments after being viscously attacked by a giant gator in Florida last weekend.

Clark, a 31-year-old “bad a–” bulldozer-driver and animal lover, used her some of her final breaths to ask her beau Chance Allison to look after her German Shepherd, Hokie, who was with them at Little Big Econ State Forest in Central Florida when disaster struck.

“While we were waiting for emergency services to arrive Brittany just told me to make sure I took care of Hokie,” Allison, 30, told The Post Friday.

“It was one of the last things she said to me. I can’t recall anything else,” said the distraught partner, who also brough his Pitbull-mix, Bulma, along for the hiking trip.

The duo, joined by Clark’s roommate Jayden Hernandez were in about 3-feet of water in the Econlockhatchee River when a 13-foot alligator crept up “out of absolutely nowhere” and grabbed ahold of Clark.

“We were smiling and talking and then it was complete chaos,” said Allison.

Clark’s arms were ripped off by the gator, and Allison desperately tried to wrench her from the beast as it sunk its jaws into his girlfriend.

Clark can be seen under a tent which Allison told The Post he used to protect her from the blistering Florida sunshine.

The couple had been making plans for their future together when tragedy unfolded.

Allison, who runs his own business transporting dumpsters, said he was speaking out to set the record straight about what happened that fateful day.

“I am in no way, shape or form wanting any of the attention out of this,” he said. “I just want the facts to be right.

“I keep seeing negative stuff about us and things that aren’t true that keep getting out there.

“It’s just kind of heartbreaking but people are going to think what they think.”

Allison denied claims made by an anonymous hiker that he had warned Clark’s group not to enter the water.

“No one told us not to go in the water,” Allison said.

“We talked to one person on the way in and all he said that I heard was that he used to bring his dogs out here. I don’t know anything else that he said but that’s all I can recall.

“If he said it, it wasn’t vocal enough for us to catch it.”

He also clarified that he didn’t give Clark CPR, but instead focussed on trying to make her comfortable and on stemming the bleeding by using his hands and a towel to apply pressure to the wounds.

Allison also emphasized that his dogs were not in the water at the time of the attack, but were “near the water on the bank trying to fend off the gator and barking at it while me and Jayden dragged Brittany up the bank.”

Allison said he is in the process of making arrangements for Brittany’s funeral with her family and is also planning a celebration of life.
