The Voice Season 27 has been an emotional ride. Beyond each moving performance from this season’s talented Artists, Michael Bublé, Adam Levine, John Legend, and Kelsea Ballerini have also delivered several heartfelt moments.

During the March 31 episode, for instance, Ballerini asked the crowd to join her and sing “Happy Birthday” to her boyfriend Chase Stokes. Levine also opened up to his team about how he once lost the joy of singing, but then managed to find it again.

At the end of the day, Bublé told NBC Insider that The Voice is all about supporting the Artists throughout this very unique process. “This is about the Artists, for the Artists. It’s not about us. We love being here. We love being part of the process,” he said. “There’s a reason why we’ve come and gone, and the people in the red seats change, but the show stays successful. It’s because they’ve made sure that they are so protective of the Artists. And that’s the legacy of the show.”

What’s new on The Voice this week?

The Voice Season 27 is in the middle of the Knockouts round, diving into the second night of performances on Monday night.

During the Knockouts, the Coaches pair up two Artists on their team to sing a song of their choice. After both of their performances, their Coach can only choose one to advance to the Playoffs.

This round has already been incredibly challenging for Bublé, Levine, Legend, and Ballerini as they’ve had to say goodbye to members of their teams and have no Saves at their disposal.

The Coaches do, however, each have one Steal during the Knockouts — and two have already been used.

During the first night, Ballerini was brought to tears when she had to choose between Iris Herrera and Angie Rey. While Ballerini was clearly torn, she could only choose one and declared Herrera the winner. But Bublé swooped in and used his Steal for Rey.

Earlier in the episode, both Levine and Bublé slammed their Steal button for Kolby Cordell after his soulful Knockout performance against BD.ii. Ultimately, Cordell chose to join Team Adam.
