Taylor Swift‘s former high-school classmate, NASCAR driver Josh Berry, appears tired of hearing of the pop star, especially since she started dating Travis Kelce.

Berry and Swift both attended Henderson High School in Henderson, Tennessee, with Swift transferring out after her sophomore year due to her music career taking off and opting to be home schooled.

Berry did not directly know Swift, but had mutual connections with her due to walking the same halls at one time while they were in different grades.

The degrees of separation between Swift and Berry has not stopped the deluge of questions to him about the ‘Anti-Hero’ singer.

‘It’s one of those things when you’re doing an interview one day and somebody’s like, “Hey, what’s a funny, crazy story about you?”‘ Berry said on the Rubbin’ Is Racing podcast.

‘I’m like, “Oh, I went to school with Taylor Swift.” You don’t think that’s that big of a deal. But good gosh, man. It never ends.’

‘Then she starts dating Travis Kelce and it all comes back again,’ Berry added. ‘I’m like, “I don’t care about Travis Kelce. He has nothing to do with me.” It just never ends.’

Swift and Kelce have been publicly dating since September 2023 when she attended a Kansas City Chiefs game against the Chicago Bears.

Ever since, all-things Kelce have soared in popularity, as the tight end has one of the most popular celebrities in the world on his arm.

In 2024, Berry finished in 27th place in the NASCAR Cup Series, with his first win on the circuit coming last month at the Pennzoil 400 in Las Vegas.

Kelce is enjoying his offseason before returning to the Chiefs in the fall after massive speculation that he would retire due to his booming career outside the gridiron.
