Officers at the scene noticed Jordan’s bloodshot eyes and confusion about his location, with a strong odor of alcohol present. Despite trying to use his father’s name to defuse the situation, Marcus Jordan was charged with DUI, resisting an officer, and possession of cocaine. He was released later that day on a $4,000 bond.
