Camila was last seen around 6:58 a.m. on December 24 outside her residence in the 11000 block of Caspian Spring. Surveillance footage from a neighbor’s camera captured an individual, believed to be Camila, near her vehicle with the lights on, appearing to search inside for an unidentified item. Moments later, the footage ends. Authorities believe she left the home on foot, as her car remained parked at the location. The only items known to be on her person were her car key and possibly her driver’s license.

Her mother, Rosario Olmos, shared a heartbreaking account with local media. The two had been sleeping in the same bed that morning when Rosario felt Camila get up. About 90 minutes later, she woke to find her daughter gone. “I called her cell phone, but the cell phone was there on the bed and it was turned off,” Rosario told KENS5. “I put it to charge and went out to look for her. I thought I would find her like other times, walking, and we would come home together.”
Rosario searched the neighborhood but found no trace. After contacting Camila’s boyfriend and father—neither of whom had heard from her—she reported her missing. “I only ask God to please bring her back home,” Rosario pleaded. “Bring her back to me.”

It’s not like her’: Friends, relatives continue search for missing …
Camila, a student at Northwest Vista Community College, is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing about 110 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black North Face hoodie with baby blue accents, baby blue pajama shorts, and white shoes.
A CLEAR Alert—Coordinated Law Enforcement Adult Rescue—was issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety, classifying Camila as possibly endangered. Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar addressed concerns about her mental health, noting she had been dealing with depression following a recent mutual breakup. “Problems seem a lot bigger when you’re at that age,” Salazar said. “Nothing has occurred that can’t be fixed.” He emphasized a history of suicidal ideation but stressed there is no evidence of foul play, and those close to her are cooperating fully.
Family and volunteers have conducted exhaustive searches, establishing a command post at Wildhorse HOA Sports Park. Aunt Nancy Olmos has urged the public to share information, calling Camila her “sweet angel.” Friends describe her as loving and responsible, saying the disappearance is completely out of character.
As the search enters its sixth day, authorities urge anyone with information to contact the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office at 210-335-6000 or email [email protected]. Tips can be anonymous.
The community remains hopeful for Camila’s safe return, rallying around a family shattered by this mysterious vanishing during what should have been a joyful holiday season. 🙏
